Fox and Bear Outdoors - Terms and Conditions

1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for participating in training activities provided by Fox and Bear Outdoors. By booking or participating in our activities, you agree to these terms.

2. Participant Requirements

• Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• You must be physically able to take part in the activities. If you have medical conditions, please consult your doctor and inform us before booking.
• Proper outdoor clothing and gear are required for participation.

3. Safety and Conduct

• Safety is our priority. Participants must follow all instructions given by Fox and Bear Outdoors staff.
• Participants must behave respectfully and responsibly. Dangerous or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without a refund.

4. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
• Payments are non-refundable unless Fox and Bear Outdoors cancels the activity.

5. Cancellations and Changes

• Weather: Activities may be canceled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.
• Participant Cancellation: Notify us at least 48 hours before the activity to request rescheduling (subject to availability).
• If we cancel an activity, you can choose between a rescheduled date or a full refund.

6. Liability Waiver

• By participating, you acknowledge that outdoor activities carry inherent risks. Fox and Bear Outdoors is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence.
• Participants must sign a waiver of liability before starting any activity.

7. Equipment

• Participants are responsible for the care of any equipment provided. Lost or damaged equipment may result in a replacement fee.

8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal details collected during booking will only be used for administration and safety purposes.

9. Changes to Terms
Fox and Bear Outdoors reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Participants will be informed of any changes in advance.
